Pabron Gold A Granules is a comprehensive cold remedy formulated by Taisho Pharmaceutical, containing 7 active ingredients to alleviate various cold symptoms.

Indicated for relief of symptoms such as cough, phlegm, sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

Active Ingredients per sachet (0.96g):

• Acetaminophen: 300mg

• Guaifenesin: 60mg

• Dihydrocodeine Phosphate: 8mg

• dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride: 20mg

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2.5mg

• Anhydrous Caffeine: 25mg

• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 4mg

Recommended dosage:

• Adults (15 years and older): 1 sachet per dose, 3 times daily

• Children aged 12–14 years: Two-thirds of a sachet per dose, 3 times daily

• Children under 12 years: Do not use

Take with cold or lukewarm water within 30 minutes after meals.

Note: May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery after use.
